We collect only the information needed to respond to your request and run our website. That includes:

• Contact details you provide on our quote and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, and the property address you would like serviced.
• Service details you share, such as the type of cleaning you need, the number of windows or the size of the area, and any notes about access or scheduling.
• Device and analytics data, collected automatically when analytics are enabled: your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location (city level).
• Cookies: small text files stored in your browser. We set a session cookie only when a member of our team signs in to manage the site and, where enabled, use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our pages.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to quote requests and answer your questions.
• Schedule, prepare for, and follow up on work at your home or business.
• Send you transactional messages (appointment confirmations, receipts, scheduling changes when weather moves a job) and, if you opt in, occasional emails about seasonal timing such as the spring salt-film clean or the fall gutter window.
• Improve our website, fix bugs, and understand which pages and services are most useful to homeowners in Northville and the rest of our service area.
• Comply with our legal and tax obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only to the extent they need it to do their jobs:

• Resend: sends transactional email on our behalf (quote confirmations, internal alerts to us).
• HouseCall Pro: our CRM and scheduling tool. Your quote details flow here so we can prepare your estimate and book your job.
• Vercel: hosts our website and stores cached site data.
• Supabase: our database. Each quote request you send is saved here, with the page you sent it from, the site or ad that brought you to us, your IP address and your browser type.
• Google Maps: suggests matching addresses as you type your property address into our quote forms, so the text you type there is sent to Google.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others. If our business is ever sold or merged, customer data may transfer as part of that transaction, and you will be notified before your data is governed by a new privacy policy.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our own session cookie is set only when a member of our team signs in to manage the site, and analytics cookies let us measure traffic. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

Our site also saves a note in your browser of the site or ad that brought you to us, and sends it with any quote request you make.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, how they found us, and their general area (city level). We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies on this site. To opt out, use the “Opt out” button on the cookie notice that appears on your first visit. If you already closed the notice, clearing this site's data in your browser settings brings it back. We never sell visitor data.

Third-party services that may set cookies on our site include:

• Google Analytics: aggregated traffic measurement only. No advertising identifiers.
• Google Maps: the maps on our contact page and city pages load from Google, which may set its own cookies.

Vercel Analytics counts page views on our site without setting cookies and with no personal identifiers.

5. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

These rights follow where you live, not where we work, so they may apply to you even though we operate in Michigan. Depending on your state or country, you may have the right to:

We keep quote-request and customer-service records for up to three years from your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We retain invoice and tax records for the period required by Michigan and federal tax law (typically seven years). Anonymous analytics data may be kept indefinitely.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults: homeowners, property managers, and business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
